This set of arches (4 pieces) are made for the MITSUBISHI L200 single and club cab (extra cab) , 2-DOOR (WARRIOR or TRITON or ANIMAL), year 2005- 2010. They extend about 8 cm from the side of the vehicle. Flares for the double cab are also available in another listing. They are made of good quality, hand-laid fiberglass and the surface is black gelcoat (smooth mat). Make sure your car is the model described above and shown in the photos.
They will not fit the new facelift bumper edition introduced in 2010. If you are in doubt, send me a few photos of your car showing the front, sides and back. I will reply within a day and let you know if it's the right model. Each arch is installed by drilling and screwing 4 self tapping screws through the underside flange.
The front and rear screw goes through the fiberglass, holding the ends of the flare snugly against the car wing flange, while the two in between are fitted through sheet metal strips which are fixed on the fiberglass, keeping the flare flange 2 to 3 cm lower than the car wing flange right above the wheel. This way you don't have to put holes through the arch pockets and the sides of the vehicle, unless you want to. Another screw must go under the lower front end and the lower rear end of the flare (in total 6 screws for each arch). The clearing above the top of the flare flange allows the flare to be flushed on the inside with water so that it doesn't collect mud and debris. The arches are best installed by a professional or an experienced amateur. Installation screws, washers and rubber trim are included in the package. Every fiberglass product is made especially for you, after your order.
